Haulah is an Advocate of the Huighcourt of Uganda. She Possess a Bachelors Degree of Laws from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC). She has extensively worked with various law firms and organisations in Uganda where she moved to join IWILAP. She currently coordinates legal aid provision in our Probono and legal aid Department.
